Mario Merone
Dr. Mario Merone is an Assistant Professor at Unit of Computer Systems and Bioinformatics and has a PhD in Bioengineering and Bioscience. He has extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence (Machine Learning and Deep Learning for Time-series Analysis), Distributed systems and IoT systems. He is professor at the University of Biomedical Campus for the courses of Deep Learning for Big Data, Information Systems, Image Processing and Distributed Systems.
The research activity shows a high degree of multidisciplinary, with the clinic areas of the University Hospital Campus Bio-Medico of Rome, with other laboratories of the Department of Engineering and with other research centers. These activities focus on biomedical applications, with reference to methods and techniques for Decision Support System.
